Low Pressure Die Cast

 
 

Our low pressure die casting process allows for enhanced control and complex geometries, ideal for intricate, high-performance aluminum components. By carefully regulating the metal flow, we achieve superior surface finishes and consistency across our products. Using upcycled aluminum scrap or premium ingots, we work with a variety of alloys, including EN AC-43000 (AlSi10Mg), EN AC-42100 (AlSi7Mg0.3), and EN AC-AlMg3. This method offers flexibility, making it ideal for casting custom alloys tailored to client specifications.

 
 
 
 

Gravity Die Cast

 

With gravity die casting, we focus on producing robust, reliable parts where simplicity meets precision. This traditional method leverages natural forces, delivering excellent dimensional accuracy for a wide range of aluminum alloys, including EN AC-43000 (AlSi10Mg), EN AC-42100 (AlSi7Mg0.3), and EN AC-AlMg3.
